Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  4. In another bowl, combine granulated sugar, egg, and the cooled butter-cider mixture until well mixed.
  5. Gently fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fill the donut pan with batter and bake for about 7 minutes or until golden.
  7. Cool briefly, then dip in melted butter and coat with cinnamon-sugar.
