  • 2 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Fresh thyme leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Place the pear halves cut-side up in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over them and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Fill each pear half with crumbled feta cheese, dried cranberries, and walnuts if desired.
