  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

  • 4 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
