  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillets (skinless)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and pat dry.
  2. Set up three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for panko mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each salmon cube in flour, dip it in eggs, then roll in the panko mixture.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
  5. Fry salmon bites in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. For the bang bang sauce, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  7. Serve immediately drizzled with sauce.
