- 3 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 large avocado
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
- 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
