  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Optional: ¼ cup Parmesan cheese; fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  2. Add cauliflower florets and sauté for about 5-6 minutes until golden.
  3. Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook for another 4-5 minutes until tender.
  4. Add minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired before garnishing with parsley.
