  • 8 ½ Ounces sun-dried tomatoes (julienne cut)
  • Flake salt (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by rinsing the basil and slicing the olives in half if preferred.
  2. Assemble the eyeballs by placing a mozzarella ball on a serving platter, trimming its base for stability, and topping it with half an olive.
