  • 2 sheets of ready-roll vegan puff pastry (gluten-free)
  • 6 tablespoons of Vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium-sized bananas
  • 3 tablespoons of dairy-free milk
  • 2 tablespoons of caster or granulated sugar
  • 1 packet of dairy-free white chocolate buttons

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into rectangles (4×6 inches).
  3. Place about 1 tablespoon of Vegan Nutella on half the rectangles, topping with banana slices.
  4. Cover with another rectangle, sealing edges with a fork.
  5. Create mummy-like stripes by cutting small slashes on top and brush with dairy-free milk.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Once cooled, decorate with melted dairy-free white chocolate for eyes.
