One-Pan Chicken with Buttered Noodles is the ultimate weeknight meal that delivers comfort and flavor in just one skillet. This easy-to-make dish features tender chicken breasts seasoned to perfection, served atop rich, buttery egg noodles.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, bring chicken broth to a simmer and add egg noodles. Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes until al dente.
  4. While noodles are cooking, melt butter in another pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Once noodles are done, mix in the garlic butter sauce and toss well.
  6. Slice cooked chicken and serve over the buttery noodles.
