  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 stem from a bell pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar until smooth.
  2. Place cling wrap on your counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar in the center.
  3. Spoon the cheese mixture onto the cheddar and cover with the remaining cheese.
  4. Gather the cling wrap around the mixture to form a ball shape and secure tightly with rubber bands.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. After chilling, unwrap and decorate with the bell pepper stem.
