Creamy, spiced, and naturally sweet, this pumpkin smoothie tastes like fall in a glass. Made with real pumpkin, warm spices, and your choice of milk, it’s a nutritious and cozy drink perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a post-workout boost.
1cup pumpkin purée (unsweetened)
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1 cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat, etc.)
½ cup plain Greek yogurt or non-dairy alternative
1–2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground ginger (or pumpkin spice blend)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ to 1 cup ice (optional, for thickness)
Add all ingredients to a blender: pumpkin purée, banana, milk, yogurt, sweetener, spices, vanilla extract, and ice (if using).
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.
Taste and adjust sweetness or spices if needed. For a thinner smoothie, add a splash more milk.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Optionally, top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or whipped cream for a treat.
