  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces and place them in a gallon-size resealable bag with granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Shake until coated.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar until well mixed.
  4. Layer half of the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan, drizzle half of the brown sugar mixture over them, then add the remaining pieces followed by another drizzle of the mixture.
  5. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for five minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
  6. Mix remaining pumpkin pie spice into the reserved icing and drizzle over the warm monkey bread.
