  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (divided)
  • 4 cups brewed coffee
  • 1 cup refrigerated coconut milk
  • 1 cup toasted shredded coconut
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Chocolate sauce (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your glasses by dipping the rims in caramel sauce and then into toasted shredded coconut.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce into each glass.
  3. Pour 1 cup of brewed coffee into each glass and stir gently.
  4. Add ice cubes to fill each glass and top with chilled coconut milk.
  5. Finish with whipped cream and drizzle chocolate sauce on top.
  6. Optionally, garnish with a cookie for an extra touch.
