  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak in a bowl with soy sauce, oyster sauce, apple vinegar (or dry apple juice), cornstarch, and optional baking soda for at least 15 minutes.
